A team that treats every project as if it were the only one we have.
History
Ierònne was born out of real frustration. Before we existed as a studio, we requested quotes many times, inside and outside our own industry, and the treatment was almost always the same: impersonal, just another meeting in the day. Quotes with someone else's name never fixed, a logo pasted crooked because no one checked it before sending, different needs squeezed into the same standard package, as if any project could be solved with a template.
We started Ierònne so that wouldn't happen to anyone else. Every project gets treated individually, with the same care we wish we'd received when we were on the other side, looking for someone willing to take the time to understand what we actually needed.
How we think about the work
We don't sell the same generic template to every client, and we don't pile on accounts just to bill more. We understand the real context of each project, make it our own, and want whoever hires us to feel we understood exactly what they needed.
We understand you first, then we execute
What happened to us before Ierònne isn't an isolated case. It's a real, documented pattern: vendor accounts that rotate every month and never get to know the client's business, teams that get the client's name wrong mid-meeting, service that feels generic from the very first contact.
On every new project, we try to put ourselves on the other side: if we were the ones looking for help, what would we need to feel to trust someone? We start there, instead of with the template we already have ready. We understand first, then we execute.
Where we work
Based in Bogotá, Colombia, with no geographic limit: we've already worked with clients outside the country, like Rigatonni, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
