How a project moves from the first conversation to delivery.
Every project starts with a real conversation. That's where a clear process comes from, with no surprises halfway through.
The phases
First conversation
We understand the context before proposing anything: what exists today, what's missing, what real problem needs solving. We don't quote yet at this stage.
Proposal
With the context clear, we define scope, timeline, and cost. This is what you sign before we start, already locked in.
Execution
The specific process varies by line (design, software, film, or advertising), but it's always broken into reviewable phases delivered along the way.
Delivery
Everything documented: brand manual, technical guide, or whatever applies, so you don't depend on us to understand what was done.
Follow-up
Whenever you need it, the Ierònne team is available to you, even after the project is finished.
What we don't do
We don't send generic quotes without understanding the context first. We don't pile on projects just to bill more than we can actually handle well. We don't deliver anything without documentation.
