Terms and Conditions of Use

This page is a translation, for informational purposes, of our Spanish-language Términos y Condiciones. In case of any discrepancy between this translation and the original Spanish text, the Spanish version governs.

1. Identification

The website ieronne.com (the "Site") is operated by INDEFESSO S.A.S., a company domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, with tax ID (NIT) 901.907.597-7, under the trade name Ierònne.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site's purpose is to present Ierònne's services (Graphic Design/Branding, Software Development, Film Production, and Advertising), showcase a portfolio of completed work, and let interested visitors request information or a quote through the contact form.

The Site is not an e-commerce platform: no payments are processed and no service contracts are formed directly through it. Any business relationship arising from a contact made through this channel is formalized through a commercial proposal and a separate services agreement, subject to its own terms.

3. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing and using the Site, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please refrain from using the Site.

4. Permitted use

You agree to use the Site in accordance with the law, morality, and public order, and not to:

• use the Site for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes toward third parties;
• introduce or spread viruses, malware, or any other malicious code;
• attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas, systems, or databases of the Site;
• automatically extract (scrape) content from the Site without prior written authorization.

5. Intellectual property of the Site

All Site content, including text, visual design, logo, color palette, typography, photographs, illustrations, and code, is the property of INDEFESSO S.A.S. or used under license, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without INDEFESSO S.A.S.'s prior written authorization, except for uses expressly permitted by law (for example, quoting for informational purposes).

Projects shown in the Site's portfolio belong to their respective clients as agreed in each individual contract; their inclusion in the portfolio does not imply any transfer of rights over those projects to third parties other than the original client.

6. Contact form

By completing the contact form, you declare that the information provided is truthful and that you have the authorization necessary to provide it. Submitting the form does not, by itself, create any contractual obligation between you and INDEFESSO S.A.S.; such an obligation arises only upon signing a separate services agreement.

The processing of data submitted through the form is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. INDEFESSO S.A.S. does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites.

8. Availability and modifications to the Site

INDEFESSO S.A.S. does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Site, and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.

9. Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INDEFESSO S.A.S. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Site.

This limitation does not apply to obligations assumed by INDEFESSO S.A.S. under a formally executed services agreement, which are governed by that agreement's own terms.

10. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect is always the one published on the Site, with its last-updated date shown at the top of this document.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute related to use of the Site (other than those arising from a separate services agreement, which is governed by its own terms) will be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, unless the consumer protection law of your country of residence establishes a different mandatory venue.
